The Empore extraction disk has a high solvent flow rate and is suitable for processing large volume samples. Empore membrane discs have multiple bonding phases and two diameters (47 and 90 mm). Increasing the diameter of the membrane disk increases the surface area of the sample passing through the membrane disk, which in turn increases the flow rate of the solvent.
